in response to whoknew... Yep, I have called every last one of those agencies today and none of them will help because with prepaid lights you don't get a bill. They call you every morning with the balance or you can go to
www.myusuage.com to check it. I even tried to get them to take a printout and they still said no. So much for a public service.
